Our residential apartments have large bed/s, a "kitchenette" with a dining/desk, WiFi and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, as well as a hairdryer.
A microwave, a kettle, enough crockery, a fridge and a hob are also available in the "kitchenette".
The focus of our house is on sustainability and it was built in wood. We work completely without fossil fuels. A photovoltaic system is placed on the roof, and we also work with an energy storage system that stores excess solar energy and releases it again at night. Heat for heating and hot water are generated by heat pumps. We therefore have a very high degree of self-sufficiency and are almost completely independent of the public power grid.
